Internal Reporting Channel – SpeakUP Hotline
Investigations show that third-party tips often lead to the resolution of white-collar crimes. Therefore, we have set up a system that allows both employees of the corporate group and third parties to report criminal acts and other serious compliance violations.
BKMS System (Business Keeper Monitoring System)
An internet-based system for confidential or anonymous reports. We treat your information strictly confidential and consider the legitimate interests of all parties involved.
Important Information About the Reporting System:
- Reports can be made by name or anonymously
- Create a mailbox in the BKMS system for follow-up questions
- Communication can remain completely anonymous
- The system is exclusively for white-collar crimes or serious compliance violations
Note: Misuse of the system for other purposes may constitute a criminal offence.
