How often do I need to have my ladders inspected?
In Switzerland, an annual inspection is required according to EKAS Directive 6512 and the Ordinance on Work Equipment (ArGV 3). Additionally, an acceptance inspection is required before first use and after significant modifications.

What happens if defects are found?
We inform you immediately about any defects found and provide specific recommendations for correction. Minor repairs can often be carried out directly on-site. For serious defects, you will receive documentation and recommendations for action.
Who is authorised to carry out the inspection?
The inspection may only be carried out by a person qualified to do so. Our inspection experts have the necessary qualifications and many years of experience.
How long does an inspection take?
The duration depends on the number of ladders to be inspected. On average, we need about 5-10 minutes per ladder. We will inform you in advance of the estimated time required.
